Hendrick Motorsports’ Daytona 500 pole streak is over.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. became the first non-Hendrick driver to get the Daytona 500 pole since 2014 when he posted the fastest lap during pole qualifying on Sunday. He’ll start alongside Hendrick driver Alex Bowman on the front row for the Daytona 500 and will also start first in the first Duel qualifying race on Thursday night.
