Can he beat Merritt? I want to bet this but have no information/knowledge whatsoever. Generally I would suspect value in any race with a reserved Chinese man vs a US runner named Aries. I guess if nothing else, the hurdles slightly neutralize a favored runner's edge as the hurdles add another potentially disrupting variable that is lacking in pure running.

Is X. Liu the play here?
