Federer easily and Roddick will get ousted early and drop even further in the rankings.

Fed has only lost 4 sets in the last 3 years at Wimby. I don't think either Borg and/or Sampras ever won so easily. The most disturbing fact is that Roger lost 4 sets in Halle, Germany this past week. Still this is a no brainer. Fed to win Wimby is about the safest bet you are going to get.

i do agree about Nalbandian going deep into the tourny. although, i won't take a chance with him even at that price.

Why on Earth is the line on Federer dropping like a rock? Anyone have any insight?

His draw is pretty tough, including drawing Gasquet in round 1

What are you talking about? The moneyline on Roger to win Wimby has been about -190 to -230 for some time now. Are you talking about his individual matches? He has the toughest draw out of all the Top 8 seeds. Still it is inconceivable that Roger could lose 3 sets to anyone on grass.

FWIW, odds on Roger rose to -256 I believe and dropped back down to -195 in a rather short span of time.

The moneyline changed when the draw came out on Friday and oddsmakers saw what a tough draw Roger had. I've been offline since Thursday so I didn't know Roger went down to
-256 and then back up to -195. That's a buying opportunity as far as I'm concerned. Don't get psyched out by the moneyline going against Roger. Look at all those guys who hit the moneyline on the Miami Heat after they dropped the 1st two games. I think they did pretty well.

I don't bet outrights anyways. I agree like I said earlier in the thread, this is Roger's tournament to lose. It's tough to imagine anybody taking 3 sets off him on grass. The only guy who has a chance is Nalbandian.

It was up to -246 and I had a sweet scalp if I wanted it on Pinny then it drops to under -180. That's dropping like a rock.
