    Bahrain GP Thread
Few quick thoughts before going to bed.....

-Mercedes found their tire fix in China. When the Merc is not eating its tires, I feel it's the fastest care there is.

-Bahrain is another Tilke track with some big straights too like China. While its warmer then China, maybe the track layout will suit Merc again?

-Still don't know where Schumacher is at without a full, un-compromised race run.

-Webber better then Vettel this year methinks?

-Jenson's 2nd could have been a lot closer without the pit mishap

For what it is worth. Lotus tweeted that they don't expect the car to be as well suited to Bahrain as China, and the next time they expect to compete for a podium is Spa.

So the Lotus is kinda like the Force India from a few years ago?

I'm getting the feeling Mercedes will suffer here.

        Mind blowing quali session!

Vettel pulls one out of nowhere.

Could this weekend get any more crazy? From Brundle's twitter 10mins ago...

"So, now we have dark clouds and thunder nearby. Wet race?"

Could it possibly rain the desert? That changes everything!

Wow, I had no clue weather was that close!

Anyhow, was really pulling for Kimi there but he needed to pass in that 5 lap window before last pit stop. His pit crew also did not keep him close enough to Vettel. I think he lost 1.5 seconds in the pits which took him out of the DRS zone.

              Bring on Europe!

Yeah, was cheering on Kimi pretty big. It's awesome having him back!

I was watching the grid walk and it was actually spitting slightly on the grid before the race, but they said most of the rain was evaporating before hitting/wetting the ground.
