Not generally an AFL follower... but that game was as tough as nails. It was like two heavyweight boxers slugging it out. Far from pretty - but gripping to the end.

In the final term... Bruce McAveney was so excited, I thought he was going to shit a Sherrin!

Think Hunt had his moments....few and far between.

Did he get rested towards the end of the season? too fatigued or something.

Foloau starts next year with Greater Western Sydney team - new team joining AFL comp, competing with NRL who predominately dominates west Sydney with junior rugby league development. The AFL plan is long term, to ultimately take control of the western suburbs and attract kids to play AFL.

Hunt is work in progress, he is slowly developing.

I'm not a fan of switching from NRL to AFL, it's just a WAR between the 2 codes to dominate Australian sport and make a statement by taking 2 stars from the NRL. It's pretty much a F*CK YOU from the AFL board.
