Waiting to see what happens to woods line. -330 is a lot and Clark is hot right now. However, its no secret Tiger plays better when he is pushed, and in my hypothetical world Tiger beats Clark 4 out of 5 times Matchplay.

I hit with Singh and Villegas in R1 and I see no reason to back off either one for R2. Singh did not make a bogey in R1, yet he is an underdog to Luke Donald. Villegas benefited from Pampling making a few bogeys, but Villegas only made one during the round. Both look to be playing well.
