I'm passing on this one. Looks like a 2-horse race, but I'm not sold on Bluegrass Cat to fill the exacta. He'll likely be 5-2 or 3-1 and Bernadini will be 1-5.

The Personal Ensign on Friday is also a lousy race with a 5-horse field. Hard to believe with a $400,000 pot, nobody shows up.

I will try and beat Henny Hughes in the King's Bishop on Saturday with Court Folly, who won the Amsterdam at 10-1. Henny Hughes won one comeback race at Monmouth by 10 lengths against nobody and he'll be 4-5 in here.

I've found the best races at Saratoga this year are the everyday races. I haven't had much luck in the features but have scored some nice tickets elsewhere.

The Ballerina Stakes looks pretty good on Sunday. Malibu Mint will be my play. I had her last time at 7-2 and she just missed by a nose with Jesus Arse riding. I think he's a jockey at Calder. The trainer switches here to Garrett Gomez, so they likely were not happy with the ride. I don't think the jockey cost the horse the race last time. She was far back and did run a little erratic in the lane to just miss. I'd actually rather the unknown jock keep the mount because the price would have been better. With Gomez, this horse might be 2-1 or less.

Bernardini looks unbeatable here ... I've never had any luck chasing an exacta in a race like this but I'm gonna try with High Cotton 2nd.
