Had an ok start to the day, a terrible middle and a great finish. The teams getting the points went something like 18-6 or 19-5 off the top of my head, so obviously my strategy of taking the proven "big gun" teams and laying the points got me into trouble in the middle of the day as I burned off a bunch of 1.5x and 2x plays in a row. Sevens is so fast paced from a betting point of view, that you have to adapt constantly to situations and and trends that present themselves and I was a bit slow last night, although I did finish the day on a nice 4-1 run to undo some of the damage. Anyway today is a new day and I plan on having a far better day today. Guys that have bet on sevens tourney's in the past will tell you that day 2 is money day, today we have all the finals being played so a lot more even match-ups and not having to deal with teams giving up 14+ points every second game. Plus we've already had a whole day to have a good look at the teams and gage their form in this tournament with each team already having played 3 matches (although un-forunately so have the book's).

* I hate going against the Kenyans. They are a team on the rise in Seven's, however Canada's amazing form this tournament cannot be ignored and they have scored 20 or more points every game, so you would assume they have 2-3 try's in them against a Kenyan team that is awesome in attack but still has a bit to learn about defending as a team.
