Prime Cut and The Factor are not entering the Preakness.... There are still 20 horses vying for 14 spots in the starting gate.....

This is the track and stakes race that there seems to be a locally owned horse in the field.

Four of the Derby runners are going to be in the Preakness so far..... however, I think I read some place the second place finisher is skipping the Preakness.,
        Probable for the Preakness are

        Animal Kingdom-----Graham Motion------1st - Kentucky Derby
        Astrology------------Steve Asmussen------2nd - Jerome
        Concealed Identity---Dean Gaudet---------1st - Tesio
        Dance City------------Todd Pletcher---------3rd - Arkansas Derby
        Dialed In-----------------Nick Zito------------8th - Kentucky Derby
        Flashpoint--------------Wesley Ward---------4th - Florida Derby
        King Congie-----------Tom Albertrani--------3rd - Blue Grass
        Mr. Commons----------John Shirreffs---------3rd - Santa Anita Derby
        Mucho Macho Man---------Kathy Ritvo----------3rd - Kentucky Derby
        Norman Asbjornson-----Chris Grove----------4th - Wood Memorial
        Prime Cut----------------Neil Howard----------2nd - Lexington
        Santiva----------------Eddie Kenneally--------6th - Kentucky Derby
        Shackleford------------Dale Romans----------4th - Kentucky Derby
        Sway Away--------------Jeff Bonde------------4th - Arkansas Derby

The condylar fracture that he has is like when a baseball bat gets broken. The break is usually a little north to south . With the insertion of a screw in the bone , the horse does fine.

shackleford will probly get a firm lead and come in the money...i think the shorter preakness sets up well for him. Nehro will def be one of my bets if he races but word is he probly will be held out and wait for Belmont. MMM has been lookn good and will race in the preakness. i dont know anything about concealed identity

I saw 14 horses. if so, that would be great! I can't remember the last Preakness with that many.
