No - you cannot really arb with the UK Tote and Fixed Odds, as they fairly collapse upto the off.
If you want to arb BetFair or Betdaq or WBX are the only places to arb with UK horse racing.
However, people use computer programs to arb with on those sites - so if you think it is easy money.
Save your pension fund and move along - unless you are willing to lose money and put it down to experience.
