Spoke with a gentleman at the track over the weekend about the show. He has a bit part as a groom/ trainer. Required to join SAG. He said production is behind and some horses will remain at Santa Anita for another month till they finish. It looks as if the show will have some bite to it. I'm looking forward to watching it.

Any show or movie that has horse racing or breeding as a topic should be worth watching, but they are usually incredibly disappointing. I will watch this when it starts, at least it is on HBO, so thats a good start.

I hope it documents reality and not the B.S. that most horse movies portray.

looks like i'm going to miss the whole thing.i don,t have HBO. no sopranos,no kujo the crazy mutt,and whatever else they feed their subscribers over and over and over and over again.i would'nt tune in to their crappe even if i got it for free.

I read they have 7 shows completed and are running about a month behind. Series should start late this year or early 2012. Getting similar reviews as
the Soprano's gathered.
