This is why I prefer harness racing. The horses are bred to be big and strong. They can get hit by a bus and be perfectly fine the next day. This thoroubreds are bred with these huge bodies and tiny little ankles and it is just ridiculous. If they hit a pebble they end up dead. I was reading an article on sportsline which I absolutely agree on. As they killed eight belles everyone in the crowd was cheering for big brown. There should have been none. The ****ing idiot training for big brown was carrying on like he was the king of england mere yards away while they destroyed a horse that did not ask to be in that situation. He can go **** himself for all I care. He is an arrogant piece of shit.

Yeah I though a moment of silence for Eight Belles was in order!

Pissed this horse lost its life, it was my pick 2nd to the 20 which you can see in other posts I have made so f*ck dutrow.

A big win should be pre-emted by loss of life, and should always have a moment of silence for the lost equine.

My respect to you Eight Belles you gave us a wonderful race and we love you RIP.
