i cant sign up for xpressbet, they told me i live in a restricted zipcode, guess i live too close to a racetrack..

.. can you not "live" somewhere else. but still bet from "home" - I live less than a mile from Tulsa's - "Fairgrounds" racetrack & OTB facility and I signed up just fine.

This is the rule for PA residents..only other address i can use is NJ and they dont allow NJ either..
