Strange question , or a strange way of wording the question ....if you mean horse racing ? .... The Breeders Cup is the year end finale and many believe this is the best test of horse racing ,horses come from all over the world to compete and the winners are true champions of the sport and leaving no doubt who is the best .
To me Derby week is special. With the running of the KY DERBY as the finale, The derby is special and it starts off the Triple Crown of racing.
Maybe you mean where is the best racing today and at what tracks .... Santa Anita just opened and AQ just started their meet .... these tracks are held in high standards by many that follow the sport of horse racing ....

Best race by far is the Dubai World Cup. Best horses in the world run and since most of the best horses are in Europe, the synthetic track is the equalizer for both Europe and the USComment -
