I agree. The races appear very playable. The pick six will be hit! Plus the smaller tickets will have a fair shake.
I want to see what the rain does to the surface before finalizing my selections.Udriga in the opener will tell us if the track is playing wet fast. She adores that type of surface and figures to go wire to wire. However if the water creates a deep slower condition then I will approach the pick six from a different perspective. If its playing wet fast the time in the first race could be 1:08 and change or faster.
This rain in southern California is a good test for the drainage corrections management made recently. I hope they are able to run the races.

Can't afford to make to big a play blew my bank going for the millions last week... but any day you feel like a $36 ticket has a real shot is a fun day, even if it means a small prize. Good luck you guys.

Udriga wins wire to wire in 1:09 .84. The track may be speed bias however the winner did plot to do just that. So any conclusion may be premature.
Time to work on the pick six

Stella's Mark caught me way off guard and Brewkaroo wouldn't win that race again if you ran it another 100 times

Stella's Mark I considered because of his speed but I couldn't use everyone. Brewkaroo got a big advantage when the speed of the race was a vet scratch in the post parade. I knew I was in Trouble with Follows Nobody with that speed gone from the race. The last I would not have used the winner regardless. The pick six is a hard one to hit. I played the $96.00 ticket,lost but have no regrets in taking that shot.
I hit the first and sixth races hard in the win slot so the day had a positive outcome regardless of the pick6.
