gonna take a shot with Sara Louise, ran solid in this race last year at 5/1 and steadied as a 3yo. Hopefully she has developed a bit as a 4yo, anyways nice price at 15/1

It's the equivalent of a red flag; asking for a review. If they determine someone fouled someone, and gained an advantage, they will adjust the official race results. I have seen everything from "Ah, they bumped a little, but it's all good" all the way to "That fool is dropped down to fourth!" or totally DQed.
