summer weekdays at Belmont are a JOKE, 5-6 horse fields

They may be saving their horses for Saratoga, but it is hot as hell out there. I like it hot, and have lived in FL (in Ohio now), but it is brutal right about now.

Its dangerous for horses to run in really hot weather. Still I think there are a combination of reasons here.

trust me, it is brutal out there. with my respiratory problems, i cant even go outside. have to stay in air condition heat surge is over 107 i heard on radio today

only couple more weeks till the spa
