When I was convicted of Government theft and forgery I received 3 years probation and restitution. In government terms that's about the lowest penalty for the crime. BUT WHAT DID THE CHRB DO TO ME, THEY GAVE ME 8 YEARS SUSPENSION. How do you give a suspension that severe to a guy that had no problems with licensing for 32 years. Pat Valenzuela received 6 different suspensions for felony drug problems. He was suspended 5 different times for this problem, but was always relicenced, but I have to wait 8 years to be the same, seems fair, it's all over money. Pat Valenzuela was famous, and I'm not. Im in Oklahoma now enjoying a good paying job with the government, (ironic aint it)!! and in no hurry to come back anyway, but it just goes to show money buys everything.
