    And will NYRA be able to pay the guarantee if the pools are not high enough?

          NYRA is going out of business soon...they're lucky they were able to finish out this year with the help of the Government. They had to beg for $25 Millions or Belmont, Saratoga, and Aqueduct were going fishing for the Summer. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.
