TMP and LS mean "Toteboard malfunction play" and "longshot," respectively.

The "extra" numbers behind the main horse listed are numbers of the horses predicted to finish after the main selection, in that specific order. If there are any scratches, then the next horse in line moves up. It helps if you want to play exactas, trifectas, superfectas, daily doubles, pick 3s, pick 4s, etc.
