Looking at one play on Thursday.

Race 4 MSW on Turf.

No. 4 Granny Franny WPS with No. 5 Impressionism and No. 10 AP Test in exactas. Granny steps back up to special weighters are finishing second in claiming company at Belmont. Horse ran a huge 2nd first out last year on the turf at Saratoga before hitting the shelf for 10 months. Might have a shot at decent odds here.

Granny Franny has a great shot in this race at a price ... Gomez is off and on the #2 Beautiful Lil, never a good sign if you assume the jockey takes who he thinks is the best horse and also assuming he had 1st call on the other horse ... Those things we never know ... I always look to beat the favorite but in this race it looks like he may be sitting on a win with Prado back for the 3rd time ... Gomez and Prado box

Mott horse scores pretty easily. My pick at 8-1 had a good trip but couldn't run with the top two. Small loss.
