Can someone please help me understand what happened here. Horse #4 SAT by 10 lens and came on huge in last at GP. Now he finds himself on the front and finds a way to lose.

You'll argue with me till I die but they should have killed horse racing and let greyhound racing live. Hounds came out of the box and ran their race. NO HUMAN trying to rate them, this sport is fkd. If a human is involved if has multiple ways for error.

bad starts happen and it's more likely in their debut for obvious reasons..it'll cost you sometimes but can also help you in others (when you have another horse)..as far as going to the lead and not holding on when he was closing in his debut it's two completely different pace scenarios..one reason could be he was closing into a fast pace and this time he was setting one and tired. but mainly it's I don't equate a deep closing horse with one who couldn't tire if he was setting the pace..apples and oranges imo

Yeah, I mostly understand, but kind of dont. In Greyhound you had more consistency with tracks/surfaces , lack of jockeys, I guess sometimes the box and surroundings was more important.

Thanks for all your help, but I'm old and tiring to be sharp(er) at a new sport. I am waning though.

        Thx again for your help.

If you are attempting to make a living out of gambling Maybe Hounds are superior to the Horse game. I really don't know. But from an entertainment perspective not interested in dogs running after a rabbit. Give me the human element with the pony's running and the handicapping that goes with it. Just my 2 cents Madison.

I made a nice living and lived an awesome life in the 80's. Now I'm just trying to recapture a glimpse of my past here and there. very sad!!

Ok Madison good deal. Hounds and horse racing different games. Pretty impressive you were able to win consistently with the greyhounds. GL with the horses
