Someone please set me straight on this
I've been with BJam since January. Mostly for basketball & football, but recently have done some horse bets. BJ states that they pay 600/1 on exotics, 300/1 on wagers over $10. Yesterday I hit a $1 Pick 4 ($12 ticket). Del Mar paid $1688. BJ credited me with $300. When I called today I was told to call back when the person who grades horse wagers would be in.

Recently I hit a $591 Pick 4 which I was initially credited $300 for. After sending an email I was credited with the additional $291. The way I'm interpreting the rules I'm due the full $1688. Am I right?

    Thanks

you are capped at 600-1 or simply a $600 payout. dont bet longshot online. only crush favorites.

if your ticket is over $10..betjam caps it at 300-1/under $10 and its capped at 600-1...its bullshit but in the rules NEVER EVER EVER bet pick4's there and only bet pick 3's if your max payout cant be over $600.

what betjam does is payout $300 max, even if its under $10. you usually have to call to get the extra $300 or in your case $291...they do this because i assume a lot of people don't realize they won more than $300 and just let it go.

to answer your question, you wont get more than $300 on your $12 wager. this is why you should avoid betjam for horses. lets say you throw a dollar on a superfecta and it hits and pays 40 grand..you'll get $600. not worth it, just play at twinspires, youbet, tvg or a real horse book...even 5dimes caps at 20,000-1
