I have been playing the ponies recreationally for many years now. Yesterday I have nothing to do, so I decide to teach one of my grand kids the in's and out's of racing. We watched the races on TVG. I wagered a few races. Got nowhere. My grand daughter gives me a list of horses in races 5-9 and picks one horse in each race to win. I tell her that she can only bet one horse per race. She asks me what a pick 5 is. I told her. She wagers a dollar on it and hits for over $2500.00. Why beat your brains out when all you have to do is ask our grand kids?
