My Opinion of Preakner/Pimlico Card

I agree on the angles...... It was tough to judge midway down the stretch.

I had to many things going on( people yacking) to really set down and watch the race intently...and haven't seen a replay yet

MS intrigues me a little...... but overall I agree

Second the inside part of track was lightning fast all day and the dream trip WOW got up the rail plus the path the second place horse took was the track bias...The best horse was owendale who was widest. On backside he was on rail and lost the spot when singleman beat him to the gap which caused him to go wide path...if he was a bit quicker right there he wins the race..

3rd this is a bad bunch of 3 year olds the weakest i have seen in many many years. No way WOW wins the belmont or even MS... Older dirt division too is weaker then most years...Turf racing looks solid Catholic boy added to that...

probably cost him the race

WoW had an opening and didn't have to jam through like last time when Gaffalione caused the issue with MS in the first place.

Sucked, because I would have love to have seen the best horse at Churchill try a fast track at Pimlico. Darn.

yea it sucked for me too but I will say it was a 50/50 call and I have been on both ends of those....Gaffalione could of checked back a tad and moved to the inside at Churchill and all this would of been avoided but its an instant decision as they are going 40 mph

Yes, but precedent is that it's never called; it was definitely questionable as you can see WoW hitting the back legs of MS too. Baffert knows it, so does Beyer, and they stated as much. Baffert has won and lost before on "fouls"
