    Thoughts on the controversial call, the day after the 145th Derby
    Thread dedicated to the opinions:

    Mine is that it normally wouldn't have been called in a lower stakes race.
    But the horse fanned out on the far turn and blocked a passing lane. It could go either way, but I'm okay with it.

    But I didn't bet the 7, so I might feel different if I did. To be fair.

    The Kentucky Derby decision was not a good one. It was a rough & tumble race on a wet and sloppy track, actually, a beautiful thing to watch. Only in these days of political correctness could such an overturn occur. The best horse did NOT win the Kentucky Derby - not even close!

      The decision had nothing to do with PC. Trump really does try to politicize everything.
