        Oh yeah, depending on the card and if there is a carryover I will play it heavier or harder, for obvious reasons. Mostly though, I've pared down the total amount wagered and tried to hit my top singles so as to decrease ticket costs and stick to my guns, my handicapping. Mostly, as you can guess, when one gets blown up the odds are a ton of others did too --- and you typically don't have that horse figured anyway. I've hit horses up to 20-1 in sequences but remember you have to have those singles in there to legitimately afford yourself the luxury in open races to spread to those double digit horses. I've been known to spend a lot but if you're including 20-1 shots ever with favorite types (in the same race), not only are you playing it wrong, you have to have syndicate type money to do it ...
