Had a great day today. I am heading up to the track tomorrow so won't be on here.
But here are a few of my key horses...
Race 1 - #1 OCHO OCHO OCHO - Ran well in only try thus far, and don't bet against Talamo on the downhill.
Race 2 - #3 PERADVENTURE - Will likely be on the lead in a sprint with an inside post at a nice price. Thats enough for me to try here against some vulnerable favorites.
Race 3 - #6 RICHIES PARTY GIRL - Has won here in the past decisively and takes a shot here, probably no a huge price, but worth a look. #12 AMARANTH is a longshot here, the Downhill doesn't usually favor early speed, but a near 200 HBD Early Pace Figure advantage is huge on a day like today, plus the outside is actually the inside, could hold for a nice price.

Race #4 - CRISTINAS JOURNEY - Undefeated in 2 starts and working out like a monster at Santa Anita. #12 BY THE MOON another early pace horse, this will be the horse that tells us how the track is playing today, this horse shouldn't be able to hold, but may if the track plays to the early speed like it has in the past.
Race #5 - JUST THE JUDGE- Could get a decent price here and has a huge turn of foot late. Will be moving well late and in a 10f turf race thats all you can ask for. Top HBD Late Pace Rating (44.6) and Top HBD L8 Value (52.1) should be right there at the end.
Race #6 - SWEET REASON - Drop in distance from last time out should help, will be coming on strong late and could score at a nice price.
Race #7 - HOME RUN KITTEN - A perfect 2-0 on the SA Downhill and looked good in the Eddie D Stakes last time out, has my Downhill man Talamo on his back and a huge late move. Did I mention a 1-1 morning line. LOVE THIS RACE!
Race #8 - #8 SOUPER COLOSSAL - Another one that I absolutely love here. Undefeated in 3 starts, granted they were all at Monmouth, but this horse has not even been tested yet and has more in his tank. Ohh and again a nice 12-1. LOVE THIS RACE!
Race #9 - #11 CHICQUITA - This is the best horse in the field, and you are getting 8-1. The problem with this horse is that he hasn't been able to run in a straight line late. He has given up so much ground its sick. If Lanfranco can get a hold of this horse its going to win going away. #12 MAIN SEQUENCE huge late figures for this field, doesn't matter where he is he will have a shot coming down the lane.
Race #10 - #8 PALACE - Working out like a monster at Belmont coming into this race, Penultimate start was huge win at Saratoga if he takes to this track he is the best in the field, but thats a big if.
THIS RACE IS WIDE OPEN.
Race #11 - #5 TORONADO is the best of this bunch, it won't be a pretty price though. If they let #2 OBVIOUSLY get out to a lead he has a shot to hold, if anyone beats TORONADO I think its a good trip from OBVIOUSLY.
Race #12 - #7 BAYERN gets the pace he wins, if not #6 SHARED BELIEF will win. I think the #9 TOAST OF NEW YORK is better than people think, but I am not sure he is close to the top 2 here.
