I had a .90 cent pick 4 ticket at Emerald Downs (July 26) race 4 thru 7 that had 1,3,4,7 with, 2,4,5 with,1,4,6, with, 2,6
The winning pick 4 combination was 4-5-4-7. Nobody had the winning combination at the track, so it paid 3 out of 4 consolations of $109.50 for .50 cent tickets. Since I had two .90 cent tickets that had 3 out of 4 correct (4-5-4-2 and 4-5-4-6), I should receive $394.20. It's in their rules that they pay consolations, and they have paid me many times when there has been a 2 out 3 consolation on pick 3's. They have always been really good about properly paying, as I have been playing there for years. But for some reason, the manager won't pay this out, even though the rules clearly state they pay consolations that the track pays out. His reason? He doesn't see any results where they pay the 2, 6 or all in the final leg. After my shock at this ridiculous comment, I explained to him that there would be so many numbers that they simply say 3 out of 4, but this doesn't seem to make sense to him. I can't believe something so obvious would elude him. There is no issue of past posting here, this ticket was played 10 minutes before the race, and is time stamped.
I would like to file a formal complaint here at SBR, but I don't know how to do it, so if someone on the staff at SBR could help me, I'd appreciate it. I have ticket #'s, and all things that would be needed. This is in clear violation of their own rules that they are not paying me.
