To watch racing I personally use Bet365 (which allow you to see the streaming of each race after placing a min. bet of 0.50€).
There is also a site which streams both ATR and RUK channels but I don't know how legal this is actually.
The best place to find info on UK horses is the RacingPost website in my opinion. They've a lot of info for free in the cards and you could easily access their paid section for one month of demo with just £1.
I actually do not own any website yet but I'll send you my private facebook via PM later if you're interested in.
The time difference between UK time and US (East Coast) time is -5 hours. So if you live on the East Coast you must subtract 5h to the listed time to have the proper one for your time zone.
