What's the best way to get the track signal?

Hi Guys,

I live in Vegas, so I'm not allowed to open an account at any of the ADW outlets.

I have Cox cable and get TVG, so I can see quite a few tracks.

i could get DISH Network and HRTV.

Do you know an ADW that will sell me access to their video feeds?

Not sure about ADW feeds but Cal racing is great for California tracks.
