Ramon Dominguez, the nation’s leading rider, sustained a fractured skull after being involved in a spill in the seventh race at Aqueduct Racetrack on Friday, his agent said.

Just spoke with my good friend and he had talked to Ramon's agent a few hours ago. Latest Cat scan came back good . Minimal bleeding in the brain. He will be in the hospital for awhile still but as of now, all signs point to a complete and full recovery.

Over and above being an excellent rider, both he and Steve, his agent, are GREAT guys .
