Sharks should be favored, it's a 4-0 vs an 0-4. What gives?

    Overestimation of home ice advantage.

    Overestimation of Anaheim.

Well, first of all it's a division game. Plus, Anaheim still have all-star goalie J-S Giguère, 3 top 15 NHL defensemen (Niedermeyer, Pronger and Beauchemin) on the same team including 2 top 5, and a superstar center Ryan Getzlaf despite their 0-4 start.

Anaheim is underperforming so far but still have the guns to go to war. You have near 80 % of the action on the Sharks as expected with their good start and Ducks poor start, and guess what line is holding anyway. I would say getting Anaheim at around even money near game time would be a good value bet. You do have a hungry team looking for a win and a coach in a hot seat dying for a win. Just think of this analogy, the Ducks are a beaten up stock with good fundamentals... You will not get the Ducks at around even money at home for a very long time over next few weeks.

Lots of heavy cash flowing on the Ducks would be my guess.
