Bet of the DAY... My biggest bet this year
Biggest play for me this year DAL @ STL im taking STL-0.5 -110
Benn and Ribeiro Dallas Top 2 point getters are out and facing a tough STL team at home
Dallas will have a hard time scoring especially against a team like the Blues... I C a 3-1, 4-1 type game
    Bank it Boys!

Stars missing a couple of their top guns but I could see them sneaking out a win in OT or a shootout. Good luck, I'm staying away from this one.

        That's in regulation, correct?

I like taking the -1 puckline for the game better. It's the same price except you get a push for a win in OT/shootout. On the other hand, you also get a push if you win in regulation by only 1 whereas your play would win, but if you think they blow them out then I like the -1 (empty netter wins you the game).

        Good luck!

Ribeiro is 4th best pt scorer for DAL as Eriksson is 2nd and Ryder is 3rd. STL last two games finished SO & OT. One was against MIN when they were -194 fav. Better spots on board thus I am skipping but BOL.

Congrats on the big hit Slim...I find myself betting the Kings and Blues a lot these days (actually had StL in a few parlays tonight that didn't work out) and although they tend to be low scoring, grind em out affairs, they are two teams that generally give you a decent chance to win every night.

Was with you on this one and should not have been so close. St Louis and LA just seem to lake the ability to finish sometimes, makes betting that -.5 a little scary.

Yes, will do it soon, had an 0-4 night and hen an 0-2 on plays I didn't post. Didn't post yesterday, but I lost on Bruins PL and won with St Louis and also was big on Detroit in regulation -140. I know it is hindsight, but I was thinking it at the time and that Detroit yesterday was probably as close to a lock as you will see. Had to be about over 80% chance they win that game, true ML would have been about -350 IMO. Lets try to keep our eyes out for similar games, Panthers at Bruins game right before Christmas was similar, Panthers were tired with lots of injuries and Bs flying high at that point.

^Yeah i know what you mean, there are certain games through out that just screams for a big big bet. There are a lot of trap games though.

I hear you, need to be careful, watch out for traps, but sometimes there are cases like this where the books just won't adjust the lines to what the true numbers should be. Has there been a -300 ML in the last couple of years?

Oh, and when I say "big" I mean going somewhere between 25-50% over what would be my max bet amount, none of his "all in" stuff for me.
