    I really don't think Jeremy Roenick should be a HOF'er when it's all said and done. Yes Roenick was great in Chicago and yes he will get 500 goals before it's all said and done. However, after he left Chicago his career went completely downhill.

    Dan i would tend to agree with you, i don't think JR is a hall of famer either. Unfortunately with the Hockey Hall of Fame, guys who clearly undeserving of HOF status are already in there. Good players but not great players are in the hall, one example being Clark Gillies. If Clark Gillies gets in, than I think JR does too.

      He is one of the great American-born players of all time;

      3rd all time in points, 3rd all time in goals among American born players (and could finish 2nd in goals).

      As for all time rankings regardless of country, he is 38th (and counting) all time in goals, and 44th all time in points. If those stats aren't HOF worthy, you are setting an awfully high bar.

          Roenick was a hall of famer if you consider NHL 94 for sega.

                I remember that game fondly... You couldn't get the puck away from him at all on that game.

                  HMMMMMMM. Maybe his career went downhill because of all the useless talent who hooked and help their way into league. Maybe his stats went downhill because of this. Just a thought.

                  Pierre Turgeon should get in ahead of him if gettin into the HHOF is based on numbers.
