lets kick this 5 teamer around a bit.....
    tonights bombshot could be:

    carolina (+125)
    flyers (-170)
    caps (-170)
    blue jackets (+125)
preds (-110) ( of the nite if rinne starts)

    odds: 23:1

toronto may suddenly toughen up at home
flyers are scaring me a bit vs western conf. teams.....
caps have simply owned the bolts in the bay. anyone smellin upset here?
st louis coming off a big win in la versus a columbus team trying to right their ship going for 4 in a row.
preds coming off a huge win in vancouver vs an oilers team on a 4 game skid. and this is preds -110? i may be going big on this one....

    comments please!

They all sound good except for Jackets and Carolina those are two shady games. I do not have a big explanation it is just simply a bed gut feeling! But GL either way I may be wrong and you might hit it hard so again GL.

Love the Caps and Preds tonight. I like the Blues though at home, who have taken 8 of the last 10 from the Jackets, and won the last 5 in St Louis. Leafs are bad at home, and against the Canes, but I might take the puckline on the Canes in this spot. I'll probably stay away from the Flyers game, but I like them to claw back up the standings in the East, and this is one they have to win to do that.

Best of luck tonight on any plays Cecil.

Car @ tor (over) Is the only good pick from this game..carolina won 2 in a row going for 3rd win in a row against a team who desperately needs a win..must be high scoring game.

I like both phi and washington to win and even on puckline to cover..
Nashville got lucky in van..so I can't bak a team who just barely won in their last game..Edmonton is well rested and waiting for their next opponent to win period!

St.Louis will finaly get a win tonite! After getting their coach fired.. They haven't won any game.. Similar to flyers in December.. So I expect this team to come out strong at home and must win!

              Good luck everyone!

Washington should definately take care of business down in TB. i am taking them at -110 in 3 periods. i think they will even cover the PL but thats a bit risky. Wash has been great against the division and they are rolling after the minor slide.

I think Columbus is a decent bet. they have been playing better and St. Lou is just horrible at home. i don't think the previous games mean that much in these series at this point. both teams are pretty bad but i think CBJ are a bit better now.

I will be taking Nashville in 3 periods at +125. They did get lucky at Vancouver but played a pretty solid game overall against one of the hottest teams in the west on their turf. They are fired up and ready to play tonight. Edmonton is weak, they have been losing to everybody. I am surprise Nash is only a -115 favorite. maybe there is an injury that is not reported.
