actually if you were from boston you'd know that was huge issue. why do you think thomas took year off? this was huge issue in boston. comment was directed at the boston fans here. not at the people from toronto. This was a huge issue. everyone (especially liberal biased media) slammed thomas. why do you think thomas took year off? they kicked his ass out of town. after he declared sabatical, they suspended and traded him. this was huge issue in boston last year. and it was huge part of reason thomas took year off in most people's minds. rask is good but i'd still take thomas over him. im pissed that all the liberals slammed him and chased him out of town. For all the talk in here about how bad the play was - just remember it was a +120 that was never once losing. Hawks were winning or tied the whole game from what I recall. You also take away Bruins 2 power play goals and one fluke goal where Z tried to put puck through the back boards and it somehow dropped right in front of net, this game is not even close.

I think you stopped watching after the game seven miracle comeback and just started watching with game 4 of the finals.. Wait.... sorry for you I mean the #unbeleafable game seven choke. They pretty much completely shut down the Rangers, best offense in the East Penguins had their chances sure, but they were held in check and Rask did not have to make that many "sick" saves. NOT saying it was ALL RASK, I'm just stating the point that its not ALL because of the D or the Goalie, but the D and the goalie are both GOOD. They have been arguing Rask hasn't helped much and its been all the defence "70%".Pitt score two goalies, EXACTLY. definitely not because RASK is shit as many of you are arguing.
