Aside from the Washington Capitals dominating the Boston Bruins, anyone know of any other match up where one team has historically struggled against another team.
The Bruins are 0-12 in the last 12 against the Caps.
Tampa Bay has had great success against Montreal as well.
I always go with match up history over current win streaks (in other words if the Capitals are on 4 game losing streak and the Bruins are on a 4 game win streak, I will always take Capitals over the Bruins). Only exceptions would be a goalie making an NHL debut or major injuries.
Interested to hear if anyone else thinks the same way.
