I took a major hit tonight.
Played Pens +1.5, Under 5 in Florida, Blues ML, and large on Ok ie St. +3 in ncaa.
I lost 5 units tonight...I shouldn't lose that much in a week!

I feel your pain.
Maybe I shoulda tailed you on LAK...played 3 units on Panthers +1.5 after backing Kings last 2 losses.
I am down 12.5 units now after doing ok the first month.
So many options of playing the PL tonight I choose the one that doesn't hit.

Really not enjoying betting anymore to be honest...it's fun when you do ok but only so much losing one can take...been doing this for 2.5 years now and only 1 winning season in all sports and that was last nhl season at +1.5 units.

Keep ur chin up Rollin! I know how frustrating it can be. It's funny that you mention the bold part (my edit) as I've had the same experience at other forums. Could be a result of trying to be "too sharp" and staying away from winners just because they're "square bets" or something? My advice would be just keep it simple, look at the daily schedule and the first pick that stand out usually is the right one (just read up on it to make sure it's not a total disaster pick) and there you go.

Not at all, had a pretty long hiatus from betting NHL and didn't follow the league at all but started betting pucks again last season. Had pretty good success but has been a terrible season this one. Feels like the more I know about the teams the worse I do. That's why I was giving the pretty obvious advice of not overthinking stuff since it apply to myself . Well good luck us trying to turn things around. Looking forward to tonight's plays if you have any. I'm on the Ducks for what it's worth ...
