    Light The Lamp: 12.1
    Season Record: 17-15-1

A new month & no looking back. F the .500 mark as we push on for profits! More cushion for the pushin' in your pocket w/LTL!

    Minnesota -155 (1 unit) -1.5 (+185 - 1/2 unit)
The Wild have found their offensive groove thang in the last 4 games. They've lit the lamp for 17 goals during that stretch and come out off a powerful PP night, hitting for 5 PP goals against Nashville their last time out. That should re-establish one of the better PP units in the league as a threat. The Avalanche meanwhile sport a so-so PK unit that has given up multiple PPs in 2 of their last 4. The Avalanche are also dealing with life without the likes of Joe Sakic and Adam Foote. That doesn't help a squad averaging just 2.17 goals per game on the road, while yielding 3.3. It's Budaj for COL & Backstrom for MIN, the same combo we saw in the first meeting between these two teams in Colorado. The Wild won that one, 3-1. Colorado is just 2-6 in the last 8 meetings in Minnesota and while those games have featured alot of 1 goal differentials (Alot of Playoff Games as well), the feeling for me with the current state of both teams is that the Wild can punch out a 2 goal win here with the tending of Backstrom (8-1 vs. COL) and at the least should gain us a half unit with a straight up win. Go WILD baby! Light The Lamp.
