LA/EDM Over 5.5
Tonight, the Kings start LaBarbera, a substantially worse goaltender then Ersberg and the team generally plays worse in front of him. He also gives up more rebounds which keeps plays alive, leads to Kings taking penalties, etc.
With the Kings coming off of a grueling loss just last night, they won't be fresh legged out there... but Coach Murray has them play a physical game with a lot of pride, and I don't see them just getting shutdown and shut out either.
Edmonton meanwhile is a fast team that should be able to move the puck well on a tired Kings team. The Kings bottom 2 lines tonight, Calder/Armstrong/Handzus and Ivanans/Richardson/Simmonds should be easy for Edmonton to dominate.
With Labarbera in net and a tired team in front of him, Edmonton should be good for 4 or 5 goals themselves.
Kings chip in a few on the powerplay to get to 6.
5 - 2 Oilers.
(Not an official play, but I think the Oilers -1.5 at +170 is a great number. Slightly risky play as the Kings usually play games close and pull great efforts out of nowhere every now and then, but all logic and reason points to 4 or 5 goals for the Oilers tonight and 1 or 2 for the Kings).
Good luck!
