I have no problem with them ... the prizes for the other contest were paid asap, and people asked about this contest payment and got no answers from you ...it would have been better if you or someone else would have said something after the contest ended ... something like: "the prizes will be in your accounts in 1-2-5-10 days" ... that was my problem ... especially because I asked a lot about this and emailed SBR ...

In my opinion this was complete joke.At first enourmous waiting and no explanation,than some of us received cheap free bets.Sended email to 888S with inquiry that free bets prizes should be credited as sportbook cash and after 3 days of waiting to get some answer from them,my patience ran out and i used free bets.Coincidently,a little later they sended me email with: "we are sorry,bla bla,you already used your free bets therefore we cannot change them with sportbook cash at it was clearly stated BEFORE contest started. Their support is bad,slow and they are hypocrites. Joke contest afterall and this is not fair
