    $200 prize NOT credited!
Hello. Strange story in CRIS. I opened an account with them before 1-2 months, specifically for the purpose of taking part in this contest. I never funded it though. Before I opened the account I searched my email (I have been using this email for at least 5 years and I don't have another) and found no references to CRIS. I searched in the notebook where I have my passwords at home, and there was nothing about CRIS either. I don't remember ever getting an account there before, although many times I have thought about it.

Anyway, before 2-3 days, CRIS bailed out BetOnSPorts European customers. I was among them. So, that got me a second account in CRIS with the same login and password as in BoS (Millenium). I contacted live support on Monday to ask them in which account should I make my minimum deposit in order to get the $200 bonus from the contest. They said in the ex-BoS account because the other one is going to close, but it would be better if I emailed Scott at scott@betcris.com. I emailed him. No response. I get back later on Tuesday to live support, the girl asks a supervisor and he/she says that my other account is not locked yet and that I should deposit there usng any method but CC. I deposit $100 through Neteller. She says the bonus might take some hours to show in my account. Alright. Today I wake up (I am in Europe, remember?) and see no bonus. So, I contact live support again, the girl asks a supervisor and he/she says that the bonus was rejected because of fraud activity int he past!?!?! I had an account there he said! No details whatsoever. When did I have an account, what was this, have I ever played in Cris before (I am 99.999999% I have never had an account or at least I have never played there), what am I supposed to have done???

She said she will tell the guy in charge and let me know. But again no response. Can anybody from CRIS tell me what exactly have I done wrong and when? Sure it must be a misunderstanding, right?

Hello there Sean. I am not sure if it was you that resolved the situation at the end. Or that they saw it was a misunderstanding. However, I told them to email me anyway just to let me know if I ever had an account ther and if I have ever done something wrong there. they didn't. I don't like this. The book seems top-shelf, but I could really appreciate if they finally emailed me. I am 99.9999% sure that was a misunderstanding and that I never had an account there. I am also 100% I never sent them any money even if I did have an account. However, I would appreciate an email telling me I am welcome there. I mean it isn't that I am touchy and feel insulted and want an apology. ALthough I am a bit I guess... But there are practical issues too. If they -mistakenly of course- believe I had fraud activity in the past, would they pay me if I somehow parlay my $300 to $5000 for example? I mean when places that never accuse you for anything close shop (BoS), imagine what would happen with places that start off telling you they aren't giving you a bonus because of supposed past fraud activity. I would be obliged to you if you could ask if there is indeed any issue with me, just to reassure me nothing is wrong. I tried to solve it myself, but they won't reply to email and live chat reps don't know enough to give me a definitive answer.

Dougoudou ... according to CRIS, you provided an incorrect account number to the live chat rep (one number was apparently entered wrong). The account number you provided at that time did, in fact, correspond to another person's account that had been closed for fraudulent activity. So, given that the Live Chat operator was working from the wrong account number, they were unable to address and/or assess your situation properly. Hard to find any blame there.

Rest assured that all appears to be fine with your account, your business is welcome at CRIS and your $200 BTP bonus prize was credited. Congrats on the win and continued good luck.

Alright, now this makes sense. Couldn't think of such a coincidence, to give a number wrong and that account to happen to be one that closed for fraudulent activity!

Thank you very much Sean, it is important to feel welcome in a sportsbook if you ask me. I put an $100 bet on the Seabirds to win it all today (yeah, I know, but I will bet +1700 with a team that got robbed last year, that has only one team to worry in their division and once they win that only one more team to worry about in their conference) , I wouldn't bother with a future in a place that thought I am suspect of fraudulent activity. Thanks again!
