    Mlb Wins/losses In A Row
I have a system i want to try but im having a hard time finding a stat.

can anyone tell me where i can find the most consecutive wins and losses in EACH of the last 10 seasons.

example- 2005 wins detroit 14- losses twins 12

    2004 wins dodgers 12- losses yanks 13

    THANKS.

You can download the Retrosheet game logs, paste the data into Excel or OpenOffice Calc, and quickly calculate the longest streaks for any year you're interested ... as far back as 1871.

That said, I'm automatically wary when I hear about systems that require access to this type of streak information. Be exceedingly cautious with "chase"-style strategies as they have the potential to end very poorly indeed.

    Good luck.

how in the world is this going to help you make money today? how is the dodgers winning 12 in a row in 2004 going to help you win a bet tomorrow?.. where is the relevance?

      anyhow, good luck.

Covers.com you can search by individual teams back to 99.

Go to the individual team page, then click past results.

there is no way streaks dating back to the 1990s with individual teams is going to factor into any insight for a promising system....has anyone seen the dodgers (always having the most talent at the start of the season in the N.L. West surreeee) this season and actually its not surprising at all...they are plain mediocre even though they have kent, pierre, lowe, and garciaparra...managers dont win anything without players...torre's a joke...
