I'll mull over this one. It is completely different. Guess I completely missed it. I guess I have been under a rock since last season ended.

I think that it's safe to say that there is a correlation in terms of team performance and coaching, but to weight 65% of that decision on coaching alone? I'd like to see the rationale behind that analysis.
