Do any bookies allow multiple bets on the same game in an accumulator?
Do any allow something like picking a winner, both teams to score and the under/over and put them all in an accumulator, or is this something that none will offer (and any reason why)?

A lot of books will allow a winner (ml or spread) with a total. Most books won't allow plays that are correlated though... Like draw with under 2.5 in soccer.
