      google "gambling money management"

There's great info out there for you on how to control yourself and your bankroll. Remember if you're not gonna be smart about it then you're gonna lose your money. The bookmakers spend billions to make sure they are ahead of you in this business.

Each day, you have a set bankroll that you devote to sports betting that you're comfortable losing. Let's say that bankroll is $2,000.

When you're evaluating the daily card, you calculate edges, anywhere between 1 and typically as high as 5. Those are your units. 1 unit = 1% of the daily bankroll = $20.

If you have a "bad day" (lose roughly 5 units) you are down to $1900. Tomorrow use $19 per unit.

Just keep tightening up during cold streaks and increasing your units during hot streaks.

For you I recommend betting 0% of bankroll on each pick.
