I think you would be better off just putting the 200 on the total since if the total loses you lose both parlays and would be down 200 anyways. If the total wins like it did then you would come out 181 ahead with just putting the 200 on the total but with the parlays you only come out 160 ahead. A little out of it from lack of sleep so I might not make complete sense.

You risked $200.00 to win $160.00 on what you could have bet at -110

You're right. If over loses, both parlays are gone. Therefore, it makes more sense to bet only on over.

Too bad Lakers didn't win by exactly 17 .. Would of been a nice hit.

The max wager on totals is 1100 to win 1000. I wanted to bet a bit more so that's why I did what I did.

But you still laid -125 on a -110 (or less) bet. If you want to bet more than that books limits, just open up a couple of more outs.

LT and the others are 100% right. If your relying on 1 book only then your in trouble. You probably aren't getting the best price and your limited in how much you can bet. I've hit up 5 dimes for the max on the reduced juice MLB then bet the rest at pinny (or whoever has the 2nd best line) for the rest.

I'll hold your straight bets at -125 juice if you like.

You made two $100 bets, that doesn't come close to $1,000.

If your book won't take more than a $1,000 on an NBA total, get another out that will.
