sketch, the best site to know where the squares are is SIA. I use them as my squareometer. I don't much trust the other site's numbers.

Knowing where the sharps are going is trickier, and a skill. It's too easy to mistake "where they've gone" for "where they're going," and the difference is important.

But to some extent, if the line moves, it's sharp action, because square action is not too relevant (though not completely irrelevant, either, despite current opinion otherwise).

try show me the odds - all you gotta do is sign up to 1 of their sponsors and make a deposit with them. you get 1 free month for every $200 you deposit there or a year for a $2000 deposit. all are with good books. there was no delay with the lines which is why i liked it but can not verify this now.

has pinny and matchbook and many other major players, injury report announcements and is customizable, public %, refs and weather etc.

never paid for any service so can not tell you how they compare but it may be a cheap way of finding out more about line moves. i used it when it was totally free (no deposit into sports books) but did not have the info to really know what i was doing.... lol still don't although i may try again.

was any1 able to directly compare?

        good luck

              sit in the sportsbook
listen to what side the loud mouths are backing
decide for yourself if that is the square or sharp side based on the loud mouth... I know which side I think >90% of them are
just need to be aware that a few loud mouths are runners

guys you can look at the line movement and pretty easily figure this out on college basketball and football. Sports like baseball and hockey are much harder and NFL is basically pointless because it's not a winning strategy unless your line shopping

do you know what methodology they use to come by it?
                          I'm afraid it's a self-selecting group.

In this example here its likely someone found Young not practicing today to make Eagles a better bet, and they waited for the night limits to off at the trailing outs before making bets.

Looking at line data and focusing in on the clusters tells a lot. Sometimes it paints a pictures for both the particular game and beyond, other times just for the game, and more often its doesn't paint a picture but rather gives either puzzle pieces or small clues. Track spots where there isn't an explanation (especially those spots where also an early site opens later than everyone) group them together track results and you at least have clues of where to focus on in determining what's the correlation between these moves and other moves this season. Knowing where sharp money is on a particular game becomes a byproduct of all this.
