What % of NFL games with a line of "pick" turn out to be within 7 points either way?

Where could i find this type of information? For example, if a line for a game is "pick", what % of these games land within 7 points of each other?

I believe the historical standard deviation of nfl games is 13 points, so 50% sounds about right.

not many games are exactly pick
i have numbers like 91 in last 18 seasons (not including preseason)
59 of those ended within 7 points (including 7)
56 of those ended within 7 points (NOT including 7)
